headache causes

If you work or prolonged expose to the sun, you will often have headaches. Maybe it is a sign that the body is dehydrated or endothermic.

The United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued recommendations aimed to help the body retain heat balance as follows:

Drink plenty of water and other drinks in hot weather. If you are doing heavy work in a hot environment, you need to drink about ½ liter of water per hour. Do not drink cold water because it can cause stomach cramps. Do not drink wine when it is hot because the alcohol will cause more dehydration.

Offset the salt and minerals lost through sweat: the best way is that you use the fruit juices. Do not use salt unless you have the direction from the doctor.

Wearing lightweight, light and airy clothes; broad-brimmed hat is the good way helping your head is not heated.

Using air-condition if possible. The early morning and evening is the best time for outdoor activities.
